Exchanges and return

If you have ordered the wrong size or feel you have made the wrong decision, please reach us via the CONTACT US form with your name and order number  within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return postage is the purchaser’s responsibility and if exchanging please include a prepaid self-addressed Australia post satchel for us to send back the exchange item.

In the case of a Refund the postage cost will be deducted from your refund along with a $10.00 handling fee.

Please make sure:

• The item has not been worn or washed.
• Tags and labels are attached as originally sent.
• No smell of perfume/deodorants or cigarettes.
• No traces of make-up or any other marks.

Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer. Fashion Fiesta reserves the right to reject a return if the above mentioned conditions have not been upheld.

Exchanges/Change of mind/Returns are not accepted on Sale Items.
