Fashion Fiesta uses Australia Post's reliable parcel delivery service for all of our deliveries within Australia and across the world.

• Currently there is a promotional FREE DELIVERY SERVICE on all purchases of $50 or more (within Australia).
• For orders less than $50 a flat fee of $9.95 is applicable
• For postage to countries other than Australia the flat fee is A$19.95 for NZ and A$29.95 for rest of the world.

All orders placed online are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (subject to stock availability)

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number to track your parcel. The tracking of your delivery can be carried out by entering this consignment number on Australia Post’s parcel delivery tracking website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track. 

Australia Post's delivery times are as follows:

• 2-4 business days for delivery if you are in a major metro area
• 2-6 business days if you are in a non-metro area.
• 2-9 business days for New Zealand customers
• 1-3 weeks for all other countries

By opting-in for Express delivery service, the above delivery times can be reduced by 1-5 days depending Australia Post's Express delivery service standard for your area.

Any parcels not successfully delivered by Australia Post or parcels that have been stolen at the point of delivery will need to be reported to Australia Post immediately for follow up action.

For additional security if you wish to avail a signature on delivery facility, then please choose the "Add signature on delivery" option at the Checkout Page.
